FAQs

1. How do I choose the right wig for me?

  • Answer: We recommend considering factors such as wig style, hair texture, color, and length.

2. Can I customize or style my wig?

  • Answer:  We do not recommend adding heat, to maintain the integrity of the wig fibers, but you can up to 350 degrees.

3. How do I know what size wig to order?

  • Answer: All the wigs are one size.

4. How often should I wash my wig?

  • Answer: It depends on how often you wear your wig and your lifestyle. Generally, synthetic wigs can be washed every 6-8 wears. However, if you notice buildup of styling products or odors, it may be time to wash your wig.

5. How do I wash my wig?

  • Answer: Fill a sink or basin with lukewarm water and add a small amount of wig shampoo. Gently swish the wig in the water, then rinse thoroughly with clean water. Avoid scrubbing or wringing the wig. Pat dry with a towel and let it air dry on a wig stand or mannequin head.

6. Can I use regular shampoo and conditioner on my wig?

  • Answer: It's best to use specially formulated wig shampoo and conditioner, as they are designed to gently cleanse and moisturize wig fibers without causing damage. Regular shampoo and conditioner may contain harsh ingredients that can strip the wig of its natural luster and cause tangling.

7. How do I detangle my wig?

  • Answer: Use a wide-tooth comb or wig brush to gently detangle the wig, starting from the ends and working your way up to the roots. For stubborn knots, you can use a detangling spray or conditioning mist to help loosen the hair fibers.

    8. How do I know if a wig is right for me?

    • Answer: Trying on different styles and colors can help you determine which wig suits you best. Additionally, considering your lifestyle, comfort level, and desired look can guide your decision-making process.

      10. What is your return policy?

      • Answer: We do not accept returns or offer refunds due to hygiene reasons.

Our goal is for you to be able to change your look easily, using wigs, experimenting with different hair styles, colors, textures and lengths, without damaging your natural hair with chemicals.
